We specialise in the cleanup and manipulation of database files. Often a list or database is created over a long period of time by many operators, sometimes not all data is entered into the database correctly.

Some of the problems that can occur are:

Addresses in the database may be out of date or incorrect. IE the client has moved or perhaps it was not entered correctly. We can identify these records so that they can be excluded from being mailed or correct them by matching the clients telephone to the yellow or pages to find their new address. Correcting the address will reduce returned mail and thus the cost of mailing to customers on your database.

We can print a report of all records that have insufficient mailing addresses to reach the customer/client. If you mail to your clients, then it is imperative that the post code and address details are correct. We can print a report of all records in your database that have insufficient address details to reach the intended addressee. This can save a considerable amount of money in printing and mailing to clients that have insufficient address details.

These reports are detailed and indicate the reason that the customer record has insufficient address details. EG No post code, No street address, No suburb, No surname/company name etc.

You can use these reports to update your database and add the corrected mailing address prior to mailing or we can remove these records from your database or from your mailing files prior to printing.

Many lists or databases contain duplicate records. Duplicates can be created when new records are added to the database and the operator fails to identify that the client is already on file.  These duplicate records may result in customers receiving two sets of correspondence. This is not only costly to you but confusing to your customers.

We can remove or print a report of duplicate records in a database. Duplicate records can be detected by Name and Address, Telephone number or any field or fields that uniquely identify a client record. EG Drivers Licence.

We can also remove existing customers from a list or database of prospective customers.
